    Decent Aftermarket Fan Shroud?

The stock fan shroud is susceptible to cracking. After all, they are decades old, made of some type of plastic, and subject to multiple heat and cool cycles. If yours are like mine, there is probably at least 2 repaired crack locations.

Does anyone know of a good aftermarket shroud? One that might even direct air more efficiently to the radiator? One that is more resistant to cracking?

    Cheers!
    Grant

We are working on an aluminum replacement shroud, we will have some preliminary picture later today that I will post up.

We are hoping to make an optional second piece that bolts on the bottom and complete the shroud around the fan.

    Thanks!

We are hoping to come in at $150 maybe a little more, maybe a little less.

You want all your airflow to go through the radiator, not through the sides. This is a copy of the factory fan shroud just in aluminum.

                            I understand that.
I thought it could still be sealed on the ends and the air could flow to the center.
Just looks like there would not be much air flow on the sides.

But if this is a copy, then it was already engineered.

Don't have one on mine so nothing to compare it to.
