Dutchman axle shafts bearing failure?

Couple years ago I purchased some dutchman shafts from BJs for the rear waggy D44 that i rebuilt from bare housing. Up until yesterday they've been flawless with a few wheeling trips, no mud or water and about 13k miles of DD duty on 37s and recently 35's on the CJ7.
Well i just grenaded the drivers side wheel bearings and blew out the seal on my way to work. Took a bottle and a half of gear oil to limp home. I thought it was just a seal but when i pulled the axle shaft, a pile of what was left of the bearings spilled out.

This seems like super premature failure. I know everything was surgical clean and well packed with grease on install. Anybody know if Dutchman has been using crap bearings or what? Theres no manufacturer stamp on the bearings whatsoever. Im kinda pissed about it.
Also, im thinking i might have to pull the diff and make sure the carrier and pinion bearings arent full of metal.

Both BJs and Dutchman are closed today.

seems your pushing the limits of the axle with 37's on a full size, could be a low quality bearing but may also be the axle housing is bent and loaded extra pressure on the axle shaft and bearing?

This is a CJ7 with my waggy axles in it. 37s are good on a light jeep like a CJ with a 44. I havent been beating on it. I'm rocking now. Im leaning towards low qual bearings. The back retainer ring that the seal pushes against failed on both sides from what i can tell. Drivers side fragged, pass side was on its way out with about 1/8" of play in and out on the shaft.

If the destroyed side got really hot.....please replace the axle. I learned the hard way on this. I also struggle to call bearings which you have wheeled on for two years...bad

Things I have learned after running a Waggy 23 rear axle in my LS Scrambler with 35"s:

1. Be prepared to replace bearings yearly.

2. A leaky seal corresponds with twisted splines and a slightly bent shaft. Also yearly...

3. There's no substitute for a full floater.

4. Should have put in a D60.

It may not be your only problem but crap bearings are a big problem these days. look at your bad bearing and I bet it's a Peer or some other ching chong ding dong brand.

Even Timken can be from Mexico or who knows where now day, same with BCA and most others. I've found SKF to be the best most of the time, US , England , France and Germany.

I will not install a bearing made by slaves in a 3rd world nation . not so much a political statement as I just don't like changing bearings all the time.
