What is this small Power Steering bolt?

Hey everyone,

I've misplaced my Haynes so I'm left to check the only reliable internet source: you guys!

I'm just going over my Waggy today to get ready for a road trip tomorrow when I notice this small bolt (8mm) behind the wheel on the power steering pump. It was completely loose, rubbing against the back of the pulley, and only still attached because of the bracket. I tightened it back up but I'm not sure what it is, so I'm not sure how loose or tight it should be. Is it for fluid flow control?

That just lines the bracket up to the pump. All the ones I've seen are actually just a pin that line it up.
