    Hello from VA

    1st and 2nd try didn’t work so here’s 3
Hello from Va, I purchased my first Grand wagoneer last week for my younger sons and I to fix up and already have a lot of repair questions it appears mostly there except for a lot of the emissions and vacuum lines. One of the previous owners has installed a Edelbrock intake and carburetor which isn’t running properly so I’m considering fuel injection first so I’m off to the repair side of the forum with multiple questions.
    Thanks

    Hope the pics work

I love the Wagoneer's and the woodgrain. Looks like a great project. What year is it?

Thanks it’s a 1988- I’ve been making a list of the things to tackle that are missing or broke I’m heading to a Jeep bone yard a state away tomorrow hoping to locate some of the parts.

I had never heard of that place before so I looked it up on the web. Man I wish I lived closer to that place.

                    When you say, " 1st and 2nd try didn’t work so here’s 3"
What does that mean? If you post from an apple product, sometimes it will cut you off after the first apostrophe.

Yup I’m using apple it will just post blank but I can review before I post and everything looks good-strange. So I have an update my son made the trip to NC for me that weekend picked up a few parts that cost me $200.00 on his way back about 5 miles from the house he spotted a white 89 GW so he stoped and talked with the owner he ended up purchasing it for a $100.00 it has 67,000 miles on it with an immaculate interior the reason it was parked 2 years ago was due to state inspection failure from body rust. So now I’m leaning towards swapping all the interior and possibly drivetrain.

Ok, that's forum bug (posting and losing it). We all hate it and have choked a kitten in anger after losing a post that took an hour to write. It sucks but we live with it.

AWESOME!!!You'll make that money back in parts, too!
