Forum bug? Posts truncated by single quote

    Forum bug? Posts truncated by single quote

    Have made a few posts since membership, and have noticed a bug of sorts in a few posts ive made, forcing me edit the post to add back missing content. Apostrophes cause posts to be truncated wherever they lie. Post Preview works ok, but when submitted, the post is chopped off at the apostrophe.

    Anyone else notice this?

    Am posting via iphone with safari.

    I've noticed it substitutes other characters for an apostrophe.

      Yes, I have had it happen many many times.
      Seems to just be iPhone issue?
      Brought it up w/ site owner, don't think there is a resolution.

      It started after migrating forum to a different server and appears to be an issue caused by age of forum software/php version required.
