That works for me.

Maybe we should get Zack in here on this conversation.

Looking at the calendar, I say we should make November 15 the day.
Any Saturday after the 15, we are gonna start bumping into Thanksgiving weekends with folks traveling and doing family kinds of things.

Likewise, if we wait until December, then there will be Christmas parties and other Christmas related activities that will step on any plans for a Meet & Greet.

If we do not have it 11/15 or maybe 12/6, then I say we should wait until after the holidays.

Last, I've heard we are gonna have another really bad winter, so snow and bad road should attract RicBee, but some others may decide to stay home.

Bummer! Never thought of that, for I hail from West Virginia and the deer season does not begin until the weekend before Thanksgiving.

So, I purpose the first date to be 11/15
The next date I will purpose is 11/22, the next weekend and the the weekend before Thanksgiving.

Thoughts, comments, opinions, suggestions, flames?

I will not be there for sure if it is the 15th. The 22nd is my best option before December.

Ughh...I misread your posting.
I read that you good for the 11/15 and later.
You typed and what I should read is AFTER 11/15, you are good.

Other than Deer Hunters, anyone have any other issues with 11/22?

So, for a very prelim date, we have 2 for November 22
1. The PIG Smith
2. addicted
