Got this mocked up last night on the GW, then installed it on the Cherokee. From this pic it looks like it overhangs the sides, but it doesn't (just due to how close I was when taking the pic).

guess you didn't read the text above the pic:
"Got this mocked up last night on the GW, then installed it on the Cherokee (Cherokee is on 35's)"
I wanted to mock it up on several rigs before installing itLast edited by billyrb; 06-19-2007, 12:17 PM.BJ's Off-Road

Sweet
How close does it tuck in to the body? License plate relocation bracket/mount? (Yes I know it's still a mockup).Dave Pitts, located directly over the center of the earth!

it is just a hair off the rear lower valance, and about 1/4" or more from the body at the mount. I'm playing with the distance and might move it out a hair more, but everything clears. License relocation kit: don't currently have one offered, but they are online all over the place for cheap. We'll look into having it as a kitBJ's Off-Road

assuming opinions are wanted... I think it looks great. Would like to see more than 2 bolts to hold a tire on it though. Maybe a cross piece for two more, and have it accept different rim sizes (15", 16")1979 Chero S "Sundog" 1979 Chero S "Hammer"

not yet, but there are kits all over the net for license bracket light / relocation kits. I'm going to have the hinge and mount moved a hair out as I'd like more clearance. But, other than that these are ready to put into production.BJ's Off-Road
