    NASA's FSJs

I know there was another thread on here previously about NASA's FSJs, but that was three years ago and the topic is cool enough to revive. Plus, I have some better pictures.

I was watching a very good documentary on Netflix, When We Left Earth, and came across several scenes with FSJs in them. They're from original NASA footage shot during the 1960s. It's hard to imagine the Wagoneer was nearly a brand new vehicle model when these were taken!

Unfortunately, Kennedy eats vehicles. If they were left anywhere outside the space center here, the salt spray ate them long ago. I see their vans and trucks running around, and if they're more than a few years old, they all have the "Seaside Pox" where the clearcoat is gone and there are rust spots all over the roof and hood.

I talked to my dads buddy who worked for NAYSA in the 80s today. He said all vehicles they had were driven into the ground running the back roads in the desert. He didnt remember if they used broncos or blazers but he said they used no Jeeps

Did anyone else notice the dead giveaway of IFS on the second picture? Visible positive camber when not compressed and what looks like 2 wheel drive hub caps. I guess NASA had some money to get rid of on that one.
