I have a 86 Waggy with a rear d44. The bearing retainer plate is warped and rusty. I found beefy replacements for an international scout and I was wondering if they are the same? They look the same as mine in shape. I have the dimensions for the scout plate. It's not that I'm to lazy to measure mine. It's in the body shop for paint and I won't get it back until next week. If the plates are right I want to have them here and ready for when the Jeep comes home. Would I benefit from having them powder coated? A friend of mine powder coats so it wouldn't cost much.
