removing stainless drip rail trim

Hi guys i am parting out my jeep and am needing ideas or suggestions on the best way to remove the stainless drip rail trim. I am wanting it to be in the best shape for the new buyer.

I have read just to pry it off just want to make sure that is the best way with the lest amount of damage.

1979 Grand Wagonner w/360, fred flinstone floors and a quarter pannel that needs some love.

I\'ve seen gsmikie\'s video for the TH400 and thought it was just awful.watching a guy tear down a greasy pile of metal in a junkyard. it dosent have to be surrounded by water to be an island

plastic prybar on the bottom side pop it off first.

Really simple if you have one on those little plastic prybars. If not a 1 inch block of wood & a screwdriver start from the front or rear it doesn'r matter.
Pop it off from the bottom side & unhook the top once it is loose.
