Might try this font site. It helped with the font for JEEP for my tailgate.

i finall got around to cutting one of these.i think i put too much detail into it!the engraving bit is very delicate and this ran about 5 hrs in the cnc.i had to keep the rpm way up and the feed very low.

Unless he cuts down on the detail, or makes a mold to cast them, 10 hours for a pair is going to be rather spendy for that kind of time on a CNC cutter.

But I really do like them.

Wonder what a set of pie pans would cost to make. Now that would really be sweet.

I wish I had a set to get the dimensions from for you. I'd love a set of pie pans. Anyone out there have the dimensions for the pie pans???

i cut another one of these last night. i did sort of a negative of the original where as everything on the indian head that was down i now made raised. if i dont get so picky and as much of a perfectionist i know i can make this way faster. this one took about 3 hrs. i still have to do a second op and face the bach off but that is fast and easy. the tool im using is a 30 deg engraver with about a .003 rad on the tip.if i went to somethind a little bigger i could cut the time way down.i also have other indian heads and of course the original one too.

With a bit more effort and cost than it takes to cut two pie pans, one could make a press tool that would be capable of reproducing many originals.
