    where to get aircon parts for an 80 J truck

    Looks like my compressor, hoses and accumalator are missing, anyone know where to get reasonably priced parts? my mechanic is saying 1300 dollars total, 900 for parts!! help, thanks

    Will still be a york compressor and setup. Try asking on the wanted page, quite a few running around. got a compressor and the mount(I think, would have to dig around). Condition unknown. Will look and see, yours for the shipping since I don't know how good it is, if nothing else turns up.

        I know my 79 had the york and underdash setup, as does my 81. The 85 engine I got also ran that setup. I'm pretty sure that anything with the full width underdash unit will work for you. Theywent to an indash with the panel change in what, 86 or 87?, probably went to the sanden then as well.
