Wont start after sitting for a couple hours, Howell TBI

Last year I bought this 76 wagoneer from a guy that installed the Howell TBI and it ran fine at first but then it started building up pressure on the fuel tank among some other issues and now it won't fire up after sitting for a couple hours. A shot of Brakleen and it fires right up and runs decent. Any idea of where I should be looking into?

Start by checking fuel pressure. HF has a tester for ~$15 that works ok.
Should be ~13psi and return line should be zero.

When you say it won't start, do you mean it cranks, and cranks, but won't fire up? Here is the troubleshooting info Howell provides for a crank, but won't fire, or start situation. Considering the pressure in the tank you're mentioning, I'd check out the last suggestion, return line issues.
