I'm having the wagon painted very soon and would like to find some new chrome trim for the drip rails and back window opening. Anyone know where to find these?
Thanks,
Kevin

I don't know if new ones are available, but I replaced the plastic ones on my '91 with stainless steel ones from a junkyard Wagoneer from the late '70's. I'm not sure when they switched to plastic; probably sometime in the early to mid '80's.
The stainless steel looks so much better than the plastic!

People have been looking for these for a very long time. To my knowledge the only people who have the lowdown on new drip rails are the Wagonmaster dude and the other guy who reconditions Wagoneers and they are not sharing. I replaced the chrome trim around my back window with the stuff they sell on a roll in parts stores. Looks OK, but not as thick as original.
Don't we have some members here that are friendly with these folks that could help?
FYI: TGW sells the chrome trim for around the tailgate window.

Thanks for the help guys. I didn't think of wagonmaster. I went out and visited him last time I was in that part of Texas, he was a really nice guy; I'll give him a call. I'll check with TGW for the tailgate piece. Thanks again.

If you can't make it better why waste your time. No use repeating the orignal mistakes. I'm to old to push it that's why.

That stuff from sportwing looks like it would work pretty well for the tailgate, but I don't think it will work on my gutters. I left a vmail for Leon, the Wagonmaster, this morning. I'll let you guys know what he tells me.
