I need leaf springs and new shackles..doesnt look like an easy thing to source unless I want a lift from Hell's Creek. Any recommendations to have springs made? and a source for shackles?

Espo will have the springs in 8-leaf.
Just replace the bushings in your current shackles. There are 2 rules to success in life...

Bronze rear, Silent-Bloc front on my 71. Not sure on 67.
Just because there is a grease fitting in the pivot pin don't assume bronze bushings up front. DSPO installed grease fittings on my truck. Grease and rubber bushings don't mix! There are 2 rules to success in life...

Biggest headache ever......found leaf springs in good shape front and rear for 200$ gonna go on the pallet with my fender and bumper to save truck freight dollars...
this should get me by until next year when i add a 40 gallon tank to the spare tire area and get my overhead rack fabricated for my kayaks etc...will need a much more balanced rig then so I will have Alcan fabricate some new springs to match the rig.
