So my bro gave me one of those cage-type differential guards that just bolts on over the diff cover using 5-6 of the original bolt locations. I kind figured that it would hang independently of the diff cover, but it is actually resting against the diff cover. One of the bars that goes from the hoop to the bolt flange just barely touchs the cover.....so is that the way that it is sposed to be? Or is mine defective? Anybody installed one of these B4?
It looks something like one of these, but it is not this exact model...I dunno what brand it is or where he bought it...I thought the one he gave me was the most common kind...until I tried to search it on the I-net...and could not find one that looks the same....
