SC Swap Meet.....:(

So listen to this crap! This morning I get all ready to go to the Jeep Swap Meet, about 2.5 hours away from my house. I spend about 2 hours loading up my wrangler with all the stuff that I wanna trade/sell, and get her ready for the trip out there (the GW is currently in pieces, otherwise she would have gone). So, about 11 am I get on the road, after many mishaps and double checks to make sure I have everything, and I am tooling along at a comfortable 65, when about an hour and a half into my trip, my wife calls me. Evidently I had left my debit card laying on the dresser, and had absolutely no cash with me, and very little gas. At this point, it was decision time. Do I keep going, and hope that I can get to the meet in enough time to sell enough stuff to get gas $$ to get home, or do I turn around. Me, being the wuss that I am, turns around, and heads home with a Jeep full of goodies and very empty pockets. I was sooooo excited about possibly finding those great FSJ deals, or maybe even a new set of ARB lockers for the YJ. Now I will have to wait for yet another swap meet to pop up some time this year . The moral of this story....always check to make sure you have your wallet! I ended up wasting an entire day driving in 80 degree weather with my top down ( on the Jeep)....well, at least it wasn't a total waste, that I could have spent putting the GW back together! Life sure is a beach sometimes!
