still no luck with the fender flares

i wrote yesterday asking about replacement fender flares. i was hoping 4 metal but was advised that they only sell fiberglass. i was wondering about the quality and wether or not they were a perfect match to the originals. iwas told to replace whole fender if in front, but its the rears im concerned with. the gentleman also told me he believed i might find them at raybucks, i checked and could not find. any ideas?

on a different note i was trying to remit pics of my 76 to the readers rides section. but was advised that i was not allowed to access that area. i was logged in. any assistance in that area would b greatly appreciated. im pretty much lacking in the computer "skills" department so its probably 'operator error". ty 4 any help. wayne

Have never seen the glass flares so can't comment on looks or quality. Babywag did have a pair awhile back he was selling, might drop him a PM and ask.

As to the readers rides, owner needs to plug those in and he is a very busy fellow. I sent mine in last aug and he hasn't got to it yet. He has spent alot of time switching this site around and improving it over the last year. THANKS Dome, we do love you

Question

How difficult would it be to outfit a NT Cherokee with those flares and turn her into a WT

For the full effect you would have to open up the wheel wells and do some fab work on the wheel housings. Then bond and fair in the flares or however (never seen the glass ones, so don't know how they attach). If you have a 4 door NT,. means you would also have to split the flare, and maybe do some rework on the back doors.
