Bearing and race part numbers

hey, im trying to get some part numbers for bearing and race for a 78 cherokee ,disc brakes, automatic hub assemblys. the inner bearings and races to be more exact. none of the parts stores around home know what they are talking about and keep giving me the wrong ones. any help would be awesome. i really want my truck back on the road!
