Cool

I'm starting this topic in order to keep my motivation up. My situation is not as bad as last year- Timex actually drives now. He's been on the road as my daily driver for over a month, made some trips in the 100-mile-each-way range with no real problems, and I'm doing little things almost every day it seems.

So... mostly I'll be listing what I've done each day (or at least each day that I do something) and what I expect to get done the next day (or at least in the near future). In the list below, high-priority tasks need to be completed for me to even attend the ECI. Medium-priority tasks should be completed for my greater enjoyment while at the ECI. Low-priority tasks can be completed because I'm broke, have the supplies, and want to do something constructive that day....

Recently completed tasks:
*Bought/installed 5 new street tires. Liberator All Terrains that ride nice and quiet!
*Replaced front pinion yoke with U-bolt style yoke. Current yoke has one bolt and two drill bits snapped off in it
*Installed bolt in exhaust manifold so I can quit breathing exhaust fumes and smelling like raw gasoline.
*Got 1.08 venturis from junkyard.
*Installed wing-vent assembly, window regulator, and window wipes for driver's door.
*Pick up transmissions and transfer-case from junkyard.
*Got F150 auxiliary fuel tank for dual-tank modification.
*Installed N.O.S. shifter boot cover.
*Finished wiring aftermarket gauge cluster

High-priority tasks to be completed:
*Install aftermarket gauge cluster
*Replace rear wheel bearings.
*Install liscence plate lamps so I don't get pulled over again

Medium-priority tasks to be completed
*Install EZ-Locker in front differential.
*Install AM/FM/CB radio and antennas
*Buy rebuild kits for transmissions and transfer-case
*Rebuild transmissions and transfer-case.
*Take transmissions to machine shop and have them mated together.
*Install twin-transmission drivetrain into truck.
*Install bucket seats to clear 2nd transmission's shifter.

Low-priority tasks to be completed
*Clean interior and reinstall headliner and visors.
*Bedliner interior of cab.
*Bedliner bed of truck.
*Build camper shell for bed of truck.
*Anything regarding bodywork or paint....
