Quick update found the passenger side relay at OReillys. It's part number:

Master Pro Ignition - Relay
Multi-Function Relay

I ordered it this morning and should be in tomorrow at 7am from Houston. It has the hot lead from battery and the five prongs or posts for ground, starter, etc...Just like the picture above. OReillys was the only place I could find this part. Hopefully that will fix this last gremlin and I can put a DONE stamp on the rebuild and move on to other projects. The redneck method of shutting down my Waggy is working but looks a little silly from a bystander point of view.
1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer - My first Jeep and I love her!

Rebuilt AMC 360 - RV Cam, Edelbrock Performer Intake , Holley 600CFM carburetor.
Rebuilt torqueflight 727
Currently working on interior with new carpet, cargo panels, new radio and new speakers
