Walters Camp / Colorado River questions...

Anyone familiar with wheeling the Walters camp area. Have a buddy who just set up a nice trailer up at the camp near the store and station. Ive never wheeled that area and was looking for points of interest to navigate to. I'm under the impression that it is mostly BLM land and pretty much open for wheeling?
