What Kaiser era parts do you want Reproduced???

I have restored plenty of cars in my life and never had such a hard time finding parts as I have with my 69 Wagoneer, Lots of great folks are helping with a fair amount of items but I want to paint it and that’s going to really going to date some faded items on it I can't find…. So in my quest for parts I found someone that makes parts for Jeepsters and commandos, some of you probably already know them. Anyway they want to get into Kaiser era Wagoneers and possibly up to the early AMC years.
SO
If you had a say in What Additional 1963-? Reproduction Parts you would like to see in the market place what would they be? Don and Diane are seriously interested in taking this on; Any interest???? Their items look incredible and I see this as a major void in parts for the Kaiser Error Jeep Wagoneers. If we want this to happen he needs feedback with items wanted and if you have part numbers that would help. This will help give our Jeeps a better chance of not only surviving but making them more desirable since they will ultimatley have a higher value and wider fan base once folks see they can restore one in a very presentable manor without spending years looking for the last few NOS parts available. I’m also told many parts are made in USA. Here’s my partial list what’s yours??
All items on my wish list are for a 1414x 1969 Wagoneer but most cover several years. I also tried not to select items that are already reproduced.
· All Exterior and interior Emblems/Badging for a 69 Wagoneer.
Grill Badge, Side Jeep Spears, Side 350V, tailgate 4 Wheel Drive emblem, tailgate JEEP, Tailgate Power window Jeep Emblem with replacement rivet or whole unit. What am I missing?

· All Decals, Air cleaner, Engine compartment, etc..
· Correct Sill Plates
· Fuel Tank
· Fuel Tank Sending unit and gasket
· Washer Fluid bag
· Fan Shroud for Buick 350 V8
· Break Lens and gaskets
· Turn Signal lens Front and Rear and gaskets
· Break light lens and gaskets
· Tilt Wheel turn signal cancel
· 1414x/Super arm rest support
· Rear view mirror/Exterior
· Dash Pad
· Glove Box
I can go on but want other folks feedback, Thanks David

Back up light lenses
tailgate trim on each side of and above the license plate

There is already a repro arm rest support for the 1414X/Super in the works http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=152296

Correct rubber floor mats!!!

Washer bags are readily available, if you don't mind the "FoMoCo" lettering.

The reverse lights are readily available. CJ's used same lamp. Any of the usual suspects should have these.

Some decals are available from forum member Tonka J2000.

Dash pads would be cool too!

I was referring to the early square ones, they are different than the later AMC square lenses.

The lense on the right is the early style.

That pic also shows the tailgate panels and license plate holder trim on each side of the top hinge piece I was talking about.

Super Wagoneer console base

David,

I saw you list and wanted to include this link http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=152296&highlight=super+wagoneer+c onsole from the Super Wagoneer armrest base that I just had reproduced. I think I have the fabricator talked into making a run of 10 or so if anyone else wants one. I working with him on the price and I'll post it as soon as I iron out the details.

Scott

I really can't speak to this, let me ask Don to weigh in on this topic..From my conversation with him he was very intrested to get deeper in Kaiser/Jeep era parts...Like anything, if there is a demand there is a market and someone may fill that void. Don and Diane may be the folks to help... Your help letting us know what's already available and what's needed will get the right items made for us all so I really apriceate all your help. BTW, I feel like a salesman for them, im not, I just want the parts on my jeep to be as nice as the paint going on it. I'm going to be into the paint/body for way more then I thought it would cost so I want to go deeper and make it really pop... BTW, The Jeep is so much cooler then any classic I ever owned, I haven't even driven my 60 Pontiac since I met my 1414x,,, very addictive... I'm trying to talk my son into manning up and getting one of these... Work out the gremlens like any old car has and you have a real cool Jeep...
