Old thread request

I've got a friend who's looking at body lifting (3") his Chevy pickup. He's got money so I'm trying to convince him to not cheap out and go with a suspension lift. Anyways. I remember a long ways back I saw a thread about someone who had body lifted their Waggy. And somehow or another the body separated from the frame. All sorts of carnage ensued. Anyone got the link handy?

See updated sig. The Waggy went down the road to a new loving home in March 2008. Have had a slew of vehicles since then. Including a couple AWD DSMs. '78 K20 longbox pickup (which I still have) and a badass Yamaha Zuma.

for some reason I can only find the thumbnails - from member treeshark

Some others may have better examples. I think it was a 3" body lift. The body separated from the frame and the engine/tranny/tcase separated from the frame. He some how walked away from it with some scratches and a few bruises.
