my J20 build

I bought this for $1200 awhile back, had D44/D60 both locked with 5.13s. Engine didn't run because the cam gear was stripped. Ended up being that the PO didn't clear the casting flash out of the new timing gear.

Since I bought it I've cut the flares off the front fenders, installed a D60 front and I'm working on installing the D70 rear. Also got a 2x8 ram for a redneck ram setup and high steer arms. For lift it is a 6" BJs with 3 leafs up front and 3 leafs in the rear, SOA and shackle flip out back. I got a set of revolvers for the rear that I'm debating on using. I've also sourced and rebuilt a TH400 w/ manual valve body and swapped to 32 spline output, an NP203 and a NP205 for a doubler.

For tires I got 42x15 pitbull rockers mounted on recentered H1s

A moment of silence for the flares please...............thank you.

BTW, don't throw the SS trim away, lots of folks looking for it on here.

Thanks guys I've been a long time FSJer..I forgot to mention that the wheelbase is shortened up to 116" too.

The stainless trim is sweet, I'm upset I'm missing a few pieces. I might take it off so it doesn't get destroyed out on the trails though.

I think a rhino grill would really set it off, I ditched the BJs bumper that it had on it too, I'm going to end up building one and integrating a winch plate into it, one that isn't going to kill my approach angles and bash the hell out of the winch

It only has 38,000 miles but it was a college plow truck. The floors were rotted out and now repaired and the cab is super solid which is rare for a Michigan truck. I only need to fix one of the body mounts, do a roll cage, install the doubler, shifters, OBA, high amp alt (might do another 3G ford)

Another thing I noticed is that with that aluminum radiator its impossible to get a taurus fan in there. I might cut and reweld the radiator mounts or just put it in the back, haven't decided yet

Looking good cartman, did you keep those seats? The buildup is looking sweet.
