Sweet truck!! Looks like the body is in good shape! You have a good start since it drove home no problem. I wouldnt hesitate to drive my wagoneer across the country.

          Trever,
it's very likely/possible that the PO did not change the speedo gear when they installed the 33" tires. If so, your 75 MPH may have actually been closer to 83-85 MPH and your mileage may be closer to 10-11 MPG.

Get a GPS in there and see how the GPS compares to your speedo.

          Enjoy the new FSJ!

Sweet looking Honcho (I am sweet on the shortbeds ) and congrats.

You will have to post up some more pics and list out what "upgrades" the PO did.

Welcome fellow Honcho owner/enthusiast! Looks to be well worth the investment in money and time travelled.

I think the ratio is now 96,255 Wagons to 116 J-trucks. We're chipping away.

Big Brass, knocking out 1300 miles first time out. Glad it turned out OK. Looks like a good score, and "minimal rust" is like a winning lotto ticket! What else did the shakedown cruise bring to your attention? Are those front rims chromed Chevy rallys?

sweet find! if the speedo isnt adjusted to the tires, you probably got better than 7.5 mpg. (at least this is how i live in ignorant bliss with mine )
