    Window Wipes???

I purchased the inside and outside window wipes for a 1979 j10 from Team Grand Wagoneers. Installed them and the window does not roll all the way up. There is a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap at the top. I took off the inside wipe and it rolls all the way up. It seems to be catching at the bottom of the window. Anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This doesn't help you, but FWIW, the one's I bought from BJ's Offroad fit perfectly.

I'd remove them and send them back and get my $$ back.

The glass mounting channel on the bottom, that has the slot for the linkage is hitting on the edges. All the channels are the same, however, for us older rigs, you need to put a bit of a twist in them to ensure that the lower edge of the wipe stays clear of the channel.

I re-used a set form a waggy, and I had to re-adjust them a couple of times, now they work fine.
