    So Cal Transmission Shop?

    Looking for recommendations for a shop to rebuild my 727 near Los Angeles. Wondering if anyone had any recent success. I don

    they are real simple to rebuild
    I\'ve seen gsmikie\'s video for the TH400 and thought it was just awful.watching a guy tear down a greasy pile of metal in a junkyard. it dosent have to be surrounded by water to be an island

      SoCa huh? Check with your local car/hot rod clubs. They'll know who does good work and who to avoid.

        Agreed. If you can spare the time, it's not hard to do an automatic trans... I would rather rebuild a 727 than a 360...

              Would you do the R&R yourself? There is a guy in Hemet that does auto 3speeds for $400.
