Mark, you and I have spoken many times about the scuff plates. We advised you immediately that we were out of stock, and you said no problem, keep it on order. I offered to refund your money on multiple occasions, and you said no, keep it and you'd wait for the product. If you want a refund, we have no problem doing that right away (we issue refunds all the time for cancellations, returns, etc.).BJ's Off-Road

Meanwhile...I'm putting together a nice list of stuff I need for the DieselWag. Order should be going through before the end of the week. I've had nothing but excellent service from BJ's.

In his defense, companies do not typically charge your card for a service/product that is on back order or out of stock until it ships. Now if the vendor told him ahead of time they would place a courtesy hold on his card at time of ordering then he really should not have any complaints.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from BJs. I have had one or two problems, and I quickly realized that you need to call them and talk to them if you have an issue. We are all very quick to use email/forums/etc (I'm just as guilty), and for whatever reason that's just slower with BJs. Every time I have called, I get a nice, knowledgeable person who fixes everything. I've even left messages and they actually do call back. So, if you have an issue, call and talk to a human. It's sort of a nice thing, actually.1979 Wagoneer QT 360 4" BDS Lift

Customers have a choice who they buy from. Your not mine. Live with it
I believe you, but I bet a lot of guys think your making that up. You should show them wrong and post up that list you've been keeping.

Too bad he couldn't be bothered to initiate a trace rather than claim the seller is screwing him. Seems to me he got his part and the credit card co was left on the hook for the part. Why else wouldn't he at least try a trace?Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental.
