Is that an official response? The other sites are free. Are they looking for donations?

Doubt you'll ever get an official response. lol That's the response of someone with a lot of experience in the tech area. I am not affiliated with the site management, just a member.

To my knowledge he is not looking for donations, but you're welcome to try and contact him to ask: J.C. Jones

It really is not a problem that you can't upload pics to the site. Host them elsewhere and link, it's not that difficult. There are some significant legal ramifications to where pictures "live" as well. Something very few people consider.

Got this from PhotoBucket in an email yesterday:

Attention - Your Account is Exceeding Bandwidth Limits!

The photos you are sharing on Facebook, forums, blogs and other websites
are using more bandwidth than your account level allows.
Free accounts are restricted to 25MB of bandwidth per month.

YOUR CURRENT USAGE IS OVER OUR LIMITS
        What You Need to Do

To continue sharing your photos without interruption, you must purchase one of our
unlimited hosting plans, starting at $4.72 per month*.

25 Megs per month? I don't do social media, haven't added pics there in years(?),
still use a flip phone (no camera), so it seems like PB can use one less user.
What hosting sites work for all of you?

        Lyle

Seemed like a good idea at the time...

I need iPhone tips for Flickr. Spent some time and only could post a link to the album and I know there’s gotta be a way to have no-click pics so let’s hear it

Can't get the picture visible when not logged in on the Flickr website.
Can someone tell what needed to be done to get the link working?

When you're looking at your own photo on Flickr (when logged in), there should be an arrow logo at the bottom right corner which brings up the sharing options.

Click on that, then click the "BBCode" heading. Copy and paste the code it gives you into the forum and it should show the photo right within the post

Even with the Flickr app it's abracadabra for me!

Have to give it a try with a laptop or PC I guess!?
