just an update, my roof has some rust, but it doesn't look like it is cancerous. So a good sand & coating would probably make it good to go. I'm hoping to pick that rig up on the weekend of the 15th sometime. It should be parted in a few weeks after that. do you want anything else? I think it has an old 3-on-tree and D20? no motor. no title.

I'm keeping grille & front clip, doors, dash, rear 1/4 panels. interior is not great or complete.

I could use that manual rear window crank. Of the whole inner assembly - don't need the glass.

                Lemme know!

                Sorry for the mini Hijack!

Wish I would have know what a SuperWag was years ago. Might have saved one from the crusher or at least pulled the console and all. Too many junkyards closing...

sorry, that crank is going on my rig if it works at all. I lost a rear window a while back too, so I'm going to have to pirate the window too. This is probably one of the best parts rigs I have ever bought. I almost feel bad to cut it up.

If you are parting that rig, I may need some Tornado parts. I could also use that radiator fan guard.

motor is gone, not sure if the shroud is there or not. I also have a tornado out of the m715 that I can get you some parts off of later this fall when I get that rig back home from storage.

Man it has been a while. The poor super has been unloved. I am finally jumping back on the tank swap. I am really hoping to get it done by this weekend. I have the new crossmember made and all the new grade 8 mounting hardware. I will take pics as it all starts to come together.

That's why the guy has you measure the distance from the mounting surface to the flywheel before taking your money. he knows his stuff. FYI it should be 1"

Finally took some quick phone pics of the YJ gas tank in my Super. Basically, I installed two new crossmembers made from simple 3/8" angle then used the stock YJ skid and mounting straps to mount it up. It fits nicely where the stock spare tire was and I can't imagine having to dig a tire out of that location anyway. My only wish is that the tank was bigger than 20 gallons.

                                Rear Crossmember:

View from behind - it is visible but no more so than a WJ or other late model SUV:

I have some more photos but photo bucket is being a POS right now so they will have to come later.
