I like the new intake to where it uses the standard carb flange/footprint instead of the proprietary one of the old system.
I do not like how they stuck with the small pico injectors. I would have much rather had normal/standard bosch style/length injectors. It would make for easier swaps to different flow injectors, as well as more affordable and easier to find replacements if one fails.
79 Cherokee Chief 401/T18/D20, MPFI fuel injection, hydroboost, otherwise stock.
Future mods: Caddy 500/NV4500/NP205, HP D60 front D60 smooth botom rear, 5.13 gears, 35x12.50's on H1 beadlock wheels. Warn M12000 winch.
    93 Wrangler 4.6 stroker/AX15/NP231,SYE,CV, OME 2.5 lift, front hub conversion/big brakes, 31X10.50's Warn M10000 winch.

It looks like they are using the smallest Bosch EV14 injectors, which are quite nice especially compared to the ancient EV1 and can be found at any injector dealer, from budget ebay chinese crap to baller ID injectors, junk yards on some LS engines.

If you really wanted to use a taller injector, it seems to be pretty simple to make a taller spacer for the fuel rail bracket.

I sent a PM to the original poster and check the Edelbrock website from time to time... nothing yet. Holley might be calling my name.

According to this, it is available now.
I'm curious about the original tank that they have to use for a pattern . What year and model...

                            They are available NOW !!!!

I just checked inventory and we have (5) systems left on the shelf.

We also have the EFI intake by itself #28115 for those who want to piece together their own EFI system.

The website isn't updated with any of that information. Neither 28115 nor 35650 are shown in product searches. Better get those designer guys hot on making sure stuff is visible so we can buy it.

I just got mine from summit racing last week. It looks like a nice system but there are a couple of small issues. It doesn't include a fuel deliver system like the original Pro-Flo system did so you have to get their package, $483 at summit or make your own. Their is no baffle under the intake manifold to stop the oil from entering the PCV valve and the intake manifold gaskets that are included just cover between the intake manifold and the heads leaving the lifter area exposed. AMC used a metal pan gasket type that I think you have to use.
