im not a huge fan of the pillar mount, its just outside of my major field of vision of my other gauges and i like to keep my sunglasses right where it would sit... plus the extra hole, my wag is rusted enough already1985 Grand Wagoneer-360/727/229/D44/AMC20

From my install post. Not really an option unless you swap to a stick though. And no, it doen't block the gauges in the way it looks in the pic. I can still barely see the amp gauge over it.
