Was able to drop three pistons in tonight after work. Will get back on it Monday after work.

Also test fitted the oil pump to distributor and it fits great with no binding.

Just trying to get some parts cleaned up and painted. I have the old radiator and it seems to be in okay shape so I wanted to clean it up. Not sure if they all came with A 4 core, but that is what it has. I sealed up the inlet and outlet after running the hose through it. Poured a half gallon of CLR in it and topped it off with water. Let it sit for forty minutes and flushed it out. Lots of rust and crude came out and it looks pretty good inside now.

Wow, never thought of using CLR... Thanks for the idea, as usual, Super Job on the build. Following intently as I will be rebuilding a 401 myself in the near future.
