Hello from Dallas. Have owned 2 CJ-7s and most recently a CJ-8. Somebody at a Dove shoot last year wanted the Scrambler more than me so it was sold. Have been looking for a "new" jeep to tinker with and bought a 83 Cherokee Wide track.
It is bone stock, in great shape, and is ready to make it mine. The plan is a reliable rig to get me to the quail and duck haunts and run the ranch roads and camp trails while there.
As it sits now it has the AMC 360, 3 speed auto, Selectrac, and cold AC.
