    Ouray Labor Day weekend

yep the wife didn't get enough so we are planning the weekend Sept 4-6 up at Ironton park area, free camping there-no showers or community potty but we have our own in camper (other ladies can use it but guys for most part can use trees can't we? holding tank only holds so much)
Sue figured that whether our kids can make it or not, she WANTS TO GO!
so I guess we are going.
who else wants to be there?
    Sue said SHE'D COOK!
that will be the weekend right after we spend the weekend at RockJam with who knows how many people. Oh well, will be trying to get my hearing back from Alice Cooper Sat night (28th)

Explorers on the trails around Ouray/Silverton??
            BLASPHAMY!!! lol
last weekend Sue will have some time so wanted the locals to come if they could, make it or not, we will be there.
Will be busy trying to work on house, vinyl siding-sun setter awning, getting stump cut to ground and fence back up, plant tree, front row seats to John Prine on 17th (surprise for Sue), RockJam on 27-28, outing to Ouray 4-6th, busy busy busy
gotta go broke somehow, may as well enjoy it
understandable about anyone else making it, money is tight all over.

You can come and get drunk at our bonfire and sleep on our dog blanket anytime! Oh, but you have to drive through Kansas to get here and our state isn't nearly as awesome as yours....

Would be glad to. Geordie, program transporter for bonfire place and time, skip Kansas, make it so. Wish it was that easy! Now... I would only use it to get to the mountain tops if I could not drive myself. I will think of all our Ouray friends as I glaze in to the fire and ponder places we have been together and the places we have yet to go. It would be nice to see the place Ralph and Casey found over on Red Mtn. 4 rigs max.

                          ok, back on track

Phil - We are planning an over niter, probably Sat/Sun. Need more time above the treeline. I might have a rear bumper for you too.

I'd be happy with just the Alice Cooper show and sleeping in the parking lot

yeah he was here years ago at same venue and I got his show all on my camera, altho in Quicktime via the Kodak camera but it was a good show.

I will prob be at Ironton area Thurs to set up camper and a tent if you need it Flint, no problem. Sue wil get there Fri after work. If ya show great if not oh well, one more weekend above treeline, Clyde didn't handle it well last time so he will stay home altho he did have a piece of cheatgrass in his ear so he wasn't feeling well at the time.

will be a good time no matter what at either place!
