    Frame Off J10

__Today was a big day for me. I do pretty much everything alone and
after much collecting of tools, like the Gantry, which is a portable Military 1000 Pounder, to the 2 chain hoists, to a LOT of stuff, well, this morning I moved the Gantry into place and an hour later I had FRAME OFF YES!
__Last week I bought a TEXASBLASTER from TexasBlaster.com and Today I got 800 Pounds of KleenBlast and then I sold a job so I am off , LOL , for a few days, but when I get back I will be blasting the frame, I bought a case of self etching primer on the way home today as well and were Off and Restorin' the J10! Woo Hoo!

PS, disregard the crooked towbar, it is just a temp deal for the roller and yes, that is a Gladiator in the back 40 that I will be throwing a T-18 in w/ a lot of rad rat stuff after the tow vehicle for it is done! HA!

Elliott I go outside, shoot a pot-full of Kleen Blast then I strip to the chonies on the back porch, tip toe to the shower chonies and all and strip some more then hose down...drink a Heineken Light, kick-it a bit then I go out and sweep up what I shot, screen it into a wheelbarrow an then load the pot. Then, you guessed it, time for a quick rinse and of COARSE a brewski and a kick back then I suit up, and start all over. So far about 12 or so pot full have gone through the texasblaster . It works GOOD w/ an 80 Gallon 7HP compressor with a lil twin tank compressor plumbing into it as well taking up some slack. It is enough air to keep a .25" nozzle going great w/o stopping for the compressors to keep up w/ me. My new lil Blast Pot ROCKS! I am VERY pleased w/ it's performance and the price was killer!

I really like the blasting tent with floor you set up there. A very good idea.

X2. Artisan, welcome to the madness. Nice Honcho. If it's any consolation I sandblasted the bed on my truck last August..........when the temp's were around 107. Fully understand the need for a cold beverage.

Me thinks those axles were blasted and painted once already...

Looks great man. I know exactly how it feels to be done with that step. What did you use to paint the frame?
