^ these guys have a few options; haven't read all the way through, but most of em look 15" or smaller. Maybe AmericanRacing still has them?

Edit: American Racing still has them:

Part No. | Size | Offset | Backside | Bolt Circle | Note
    VNA69570000 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | Blank
    VNA695734 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | 4x108
    VNA695748 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | 4x114.3
    VNA695761 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | 5x120.7
    VNA695765 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | 5x114.3
    VNA695769 | 15" x 7" | 0 | 4 | 5x101
    VNA695861 | 15" x 8" | 0 | 4.5 | 5x120.7
    VNA695865 | 15" x 8" | 0 | 4. 5 | 5x114.3
    VNA695873 | 15" x 8" | 0 | 4.5 | 5x127
    VNA697865 | 17" x 8" | 0 | 4.5 | 5x114.3

It would seem, they have 17", but not 16".
