    Well I've pretty much decided to go ahead and drive the Honcho down there. Pending a compression test and some TLC to the motor....

        LOL - It's been a while since I've seen that vid. Need to pop it in again.

        Well I have some good news and some bad news on the J10. Good news is the compression test came back pretty decent. Lowest cylinder was 130 highest was 140. This was taken with the throttle plates closed and halfway warmed up.

        Bad news is that darn #6 plug lost it's gap (again).
        That was causing the erratic idle. The gap was pretty much closed. I could barely see light in it. It had 135 compression.

            blake can you run a shorter plug??? sounds like might have contact to piston maybe???

                        well the wiring is about half done. the trans shifter is in. the cage and frame tie-ins are all bolted and welded in. i havent heard from my driveshaft guy in a week. i am starting to worry. i still need to actualy bolt in the seats and belts. i also need to figure out a t-case shifter. i do have a newer pic

                          Looks great Irving!

                          I'm still not back together but we are running.
                          Driveshafts should be done tomorrow and I got the HB/steering re-plumbed and about 3/4 of the exhaust done Sunday.
                          Probably will take a sick day during the week to put the little pieces back together.

                                mine needs an oil change,and some new spark plugs,and she'll be ready to load.i have a beadlock thats leaking(slowly),if i get a wild hair i might tackle it!
                                but probably not oh yeah i have on board air!
