    Anybody running Mud King tires?

I'm trying to get my General Grabbers out from under my truck before another sidewall fails.
I may be picking up a gently used set of 33" Mud Kings later this week. I know they are a budget tire but I'm curious to see if anyone has an opinion on them because I haven't heard too much of anything about them.

Well, no 33's but I have Mud Kings on stock rims and they have gotten us through everything from a blizzard to an ice storm, mud, etc. They have been really good to us.

I had a set 33's on my Samurai. Great in the mud and snow. I'd recommend them. They'er noisy, but other than that I liked mine.

I ran 33" Mud Kings on my Honcho.

Very good tires. Great ride on the road (and I never balanced mine) good traction off road and in the snow/ice and the wore really well.

I ran a set of 32x11.50 Mud Kings on my '80 Bronco and a buddy of mine had 35x12.50's on his '73 Jimmy.

A really good tire from my experience. Deep voids, clean mud well, dig well, round enough to give a good ride for a mud tire. I definetly recommend them

I ran a set on an old CJ-5 years ago. I was so pleased with the price and performance I've run them on a couple of rigs since.

                Two thumbs from me.

Alright! This is great, I was worried that I was getting my hopes up about these tires, but it's sounding like they will be just fine for my truck. I'm excited to have some extra rubber in my wheelwells.
Getting a heck of a deal on them too!

The Mud Kings are very similar to Remington Mud Brutes, but the Mud Brutes are a little cheaper. I've been hoping to get some Mud Brutes for my Cherokee. Just because they are cheap and they have big lugs on them.

Yah, that truck will get a rattle-can job. Its being built as a work truck. I'm sick of the other brands...
I have 2 cabs I'm not sure about at this moment. Both are '77's and one w/ title is all rusted out (came from Il.) and the other has some minor dents and ussues, but no title.
Getting one to you would be the problem...

the only tire i ever bought new were a set of 31x10.50 mud kings. had them on my amc eagle. worked great,no complaints from me either. also a friend ran 33s on his waggy forever. they are decent tires, especially for the $$.
