A/C seems to be holding pressure (air). Fingers crossed! Lots of work went into getting the right parts, fittings, and hoses.

The jeep driveshaft has a slip joint and the 241c transfer case uses a slip yoke. I slid a piece of radiator hose over the drive shaft splines to keep it somewhat stationary. This will work OK for a temporary setup. I was going to tap the end of the output shaft but realized I'd have to install the u-joint under the vehicle, so I came up with this at the last minute.

Here's where we stand - Both Wag's have been lifted, have new tires and are running. LS swap in #2 has been driven about 30 miles and turned out as good as I'd hoped. Smooth running and gobs of power. It's heading to the body shop and should be back in 6 weeks or so.
I am leaning toward fixing the rusted quarters and headliner in #1 and selling it.
