How many of you have a solid glass instead of the sliding rear window? I'm thinking about getting rid of my slider but I don't ever see any solids.
How many have solid rear glass in J truck?

I have two solids, one I converted to a slider. Much nicer. But for any security means, go solid. Sliders are dead easy to pop open.1979 Chero S "Sundog" 1979 Chero S "Hammer"

I have repaired one of them with an old tool box latch, the kind with the thick wire hoop the catches the other side and pulls it tight. Just be sure when drilling the frame to mount it, you dont hit the glass....Jeff
