How many have solid rear glass in J truck?

How many of you have a solid glass instead of the sliding rear window? I'm thinking about getting rid of my slider but I don't ever see any solids.

I have two solids, one I converted to a slider. Much nicer. But for any security means, go solid. Sliders are dead easy to pop open.

The plastic lock on all of mine are gone, gotta love plastic in the desert...
I have repaired one of them with an old tool box latch, the kind with the thick wire hoop the catches the other side and pulls it tight. Just be sure when drilling the frame to mount it, you dont hit the glass....

Solid here...love the clean look of it but would like some additional "air conditioning" too. Oh wait. I get that through the floor pans...

                    My 80 J10 had a solid window, my current 86 J10 has a slider.... so 50/50.

yeah I have to do that for mine, thanks for the tip. I think someone mentioned that there are latches in the HELP section of part stores too, never bothered to look. I want it to close tight for weather..I don't think I've locked my jeep here ever besides when in town.

I know autozone sells them, but they are plastic, the toolbox latch sounds like a good idea

I used a nickle plated sash latch for a double hung window, looks a little fancier.
