Nice! Do those seats incline forward? The reason I ask, is because I have a J10 and one of those "behind the seat organizer things", which wouldn't be exactly accesible if you can't lean the back part of the seat forward a little.

I hear ya on the heated-seat thing. My Chevy P/U has me completely spoiled with auto-start and heated seats. It automatically senses outside temp with the auto-start and turns the seats on for you if it's cold...so not only is the truck warmed up, the seats are already toasty when you get in...

They do incline forward as well as slide forward on the stock slider. However, they probably don't incline as far forward as the stock seats did. Inclining backward is not a problem. The seat back position is controlled by a 3 1/2 to 4 in diameter dial on the outboard position of the seat.

Up here in Canada, heated seats are just about becoming mandatory. The ultimate that I've seen in my friend's Beemer who has factory heated seats and a heated steering wheel...hardly cares if his car heater warms up.

I think a heated steering wheel is effing genious. On the VW I can compensate by aiming the vents at the wheel and blowing warm air at it. Can't do that on the Waggie.

Hasn't Spectre figured out a way to add a heated steering wheel to a Wag/Chero/J-truck yet?

my nieghbor and i pulled a Ford Flex out of the mountains by Jerome that a canadian family had gotten stuck by following their GPS down a forest service road. after we got it out and over the rocks (this woman drove for an hour and a half down the road and i have no idea how she got as far as she did) the outside temp was 46 but even with all the windows down so i could breath the forest air i was comfy with the heated seats going full bore. sold me on heated seats. dont laugh at me being cold at 46 im born and bread arizona boy and 46 to me is like -30 to you northerners.

I hate to say it, but a heated steering wheel would be a great upgrade to our vehicles. Calling on Spectre!

About that rear glass: can someone suggest a thread in which someone discusses installing a new rear glass?

That's what I was hoping to hear. I've been eye-balling those seats for quite a while now but was unsure about how they'd work in a J-truck.
