    Why not go for some new J20 (6800lb) springs and mount some of those over loads that sit above the springs and rest on brackets mounted to the frame.
    That should give you a good ride with the ability to handle a heavy load.

    Crappy pic but you get the idea. They should not be resting on the mounts without load, these springs are probably just clapped out.

      How Jeep dealt with ride quality and heavy loads.

      I think I'm going to run the helper springs on J20, but will have to make drop down brackets due to lift.
