Recommendations windshield wiper motor

64 J truck after it being parked for 40 plus years the wiper motor is almost frozen. If I hook it to a battery charger and give set it on a 50 amp charge it will barely work if I hook it to a battery...

No lock washers, pressure plate bolts are a special bolt and a lock washer will shorten how much bolt thread is going into the flywheel. Same goes for flywheel and tourqe converter bolts.
