You will need to remove about 1/2" of aluminum from the input seal snout of the T-case. Drive the seal all the way in, then cut off that 1/4 - to 1/2". Goes right in.

Ford HP D60's are typically the most expensive D60 fronts. And since the easier-to-find ones are 36.5" between the center pins, your SUA project will be much harder.
