check your hoses between the pump and the tank. if they degrade enough and allow air into the line, the pump won't be able to draw enough vaccuum to syphon the tank. that was a problem i ran into.

I'm running one and haven't noticed anything different than the amc20. It's a little wider, but not very much. I'm running 7" of lift and 35x14.5s and have plenty of room.

Thanks for the help Don. I was thinking that along the lines that it was getting carboned up from a rich mixture since it only happens after idleing for extended periods. Thanks for the links.
