NEED HELP ~ Dual battery mount on firewall?

Has anyone mounted both batteries off the firewall where the heater box and fan were? I've been googling my arse off and haven't been able to find a mount that bolts to the firewall, even more so...

The Cummins has a 5/16" return line and this tank has an return inlet of 1/8" which is 2/5's the size. I honestly don't know if that will pose a real issue or not, especially not knowing the amount...
