Yea the valves are in the heads with springs holding them shut. Uing a 6" caliper across the widest part.

I picked up a pair of heads a few weeks ago from a guy who knew little about them or what was done to them. There head casting number 3231475-2 which I beleave is originally a 78 360/401 casting....

Howell EFI problem

It is really sucking gas and has no off idel power. Thinking my vacume lines are screwed up. Anyone have a diagram of how it's supposed to go? Or a good way to test the system and see whats wrong.

This was on an AMC Eagle I swaped a 229 into to get low range. It was bolted to a T-5. I used the twin stick boot that came with the kit with a heavy piece of rubber under that.
