Can't you just hold the tank/straps in place and mark where you need to weld in some new mounts?

Maybe fab up some small little "boxes" with a bolt welded thru center then spot weld them to bed...

If you want to spend the time/$ on new valley pan, coolant, etc., swap it.

Either model of the UHAUL trailers is fine for a NT waggy.
The car trailers that I have used have surge brakes and worked just fine.
Even just the dolly worked fine both times I used one.

Sherman was his name, had a bunch of parts and nice GWs.
Used to advertise on CL haven't seen an ad in quite a while...

Call around and find a shop that cleans gas tanks.
$50 took care of nasty tank in my dad's '79 Cherokee.

YMMV but I was able to determine overbore using el cheapo USB camera thru spark plug holes.
Was able to see/decipher part number(s)/size on top of pistons from pics.
